"Rafu" - new 9-dan on KGS!

Few weeks ago we wrote an article about "rafu". He is still undefeated
(except his loss by time in favorable position against tartaric).
He reached KGS 9-dan yesterday by defeating "kghin", 6-dan in 2 stones game.
Black lost this game quickly by his overplay in fuseki: Black 18. The game
became very hard for Black after White cut at 23.
