KGS 9-dan misread the ladder!

It happens sometimes. The most famous ladder misread was in Honinbo
titlematch by O Meien, 9-dan pro (in slightly favorable position)
Bigbadwolf, 9-dan decided to repeat this mistake.
The only difference is: "Bigbadwolf" was behind - the position was
very hard for him after he lost the lower right corner.

The most funny thing:
They played 2 games on November, 6 and in the first one Finnish9d (Jeff Chang) lost because
he also misread the ladder in early middlegame!
