What do you think KGS is missing.

Specially compared to servers like Tygem or Cyberoro.
What would be necessary for KGS to attract more professional players?

I heard the phrase that someone is a very strong amateur player yet lacks what is needed to be a pro-player.

I am confused, what exactly is it that seperates the strong amateur from the average pro?
