Handicap king: "cannon", 7-dan

I heard (and saw) that Jeong Daesang, 9-dan pro (cannon) can give few stones bigger handicap to weaker players, comparing to top pros.
For example, Lee Changho, 9-dan can beat 1-dan on 7 stones (by several points in complicated yose). Cannon can crush him on 9! By killing most of his groups!
