There's been talk here at GoSensations.com suggesting the possibility of particular pros playing on various accounts.  In earlier posts, for example, it was suggested that 4k_grubby may be Gu Li.  Some people have refuted these claims....  The suggestions toward player identities that we make at GoSensations.com are sometimes based upon our best guesses.  Whether or not these anonymous players really are who we think they are is only known by the players themselves.

Whether or not these are the true identities of the two players, we cannot know for sure.  But it is certainly fun and interesting to guess.

There are a number of interesting aspects to take not of in viewing this game.  To begin with, the sequence white chose leading to giving black a ponnuki at move 19 stands out, followed by white's willingness to sacrifice two stones at move 43.

At move 118, white adventerously plunges into the center, and works hard until he lives with move 188.

In the end, after a somewhat close battle on points, white wins by time.
