In a battle fought closely to the very end, 외롭네(P)/laiya(P) 9d and congming 9d kept spectators on their toes throughout the entire game.  The two 9d players are both ones that I hadn't yet seen play before, and even after a bit of investigation, I was unable to find much information about their identities.  If anybody has any ideas, please feel free to comment.

An interesting aspect to note is that black's userid (외롭네) can carry the meaning, "I'm lonely, you know?".  Perhaps that's how he feels in day-to-day life, but he doesn't need to feel lonely anymore with all of the spectators that he brings to his games!

There are a number of aspects of this game that I found interesting, beginning with Q4 - a move that I am not that familiar with at my level.  However, after searching GoBase.org's online game repository for the pattern, I found that a number of pros have played the move in actual gameplay, including having been played by Mok Chin-seok at the Chinese Team Championship in 2002... So probably the move is simply something that I am unaware of that is actually pretty common :-)  In any case, for anybody else to which this move is new, what a better time to study the move than today?

Black's move at 67 seemed pretty good, as it allowed him to get into the center.  The sequence starting at move 152 kept me reading to try to determine why white didn't play at J11.  In the end, it turned out that living in the center was enough for black to win by 1.5 points.
