Well, you could say the program is sensationally bad. ;)
Aside from the rant part. If the programmer were to read this. Maybe put a little bit more time into the engine before releasing it on KGS for testing. Some might find it funny testing it out, others might not.
Although, if this is clearly stated before the match when creating the game, I hardly see the point of making a fuzz about it. ;) People not wanting to waste their time could simply not play. It is not as if it takes up a lot of "realestate" on KGS.

I agree with Bucho. This is supposed to be Go SENSATIONS, not Go rants. I come to this site looking forward to seeing high dan and pro games, not someone rant because someone released a weak program.

One should not make public a program this weak in 2009. You start playing looking forward to an interesting game and you're trapped with a 30k that will never learn from the game it's playing with you. Very frustrating.

Not necessarily so at the very beginner level. And KGS always had a lot of beginners, bots as well as humans. Which may even be seen as a good thing...

Nobody force you to play with this program. Nobody force you to play with anyone or anything. If someone or something is weak, he or it still have right to play. I realy do not like people like you Stoic.
