King of King Cup qualifying rounds

King of King Cup qualifying rounds have finally been announced. The first round kicks off today at 7pm Korean time. You can watch the games online on Tygem server in the room "Competetion". 

Program Schedule(The Preliminaries ~ The Finals) : 7.5.2012 ~ 16.5.2012

Prize : $45,000 to Winner / $10,000 to Runner-up

Cornell 9d and tidymind 9d represent Western countries. The games are anounced for tomorrow, Cornell's opponent is piaohanss 9d from China. His overall record is: 189 wins / 87 loses with 36535 Ranking Points. Seems like a tough opponent, although he doesn't play against top tygem stars but he defeated some pro players. 

Tidymind's 9d (Andy Liu?) oppent will be 63XWX 9d, another player from China. The guy looks really strong with overall record: 804 wins / 426 loses and 37303 RP. He defeated twice kmomo(P), one of the top players on Tygem. 

Hutoshi 9d will face Chinese player Ido 9d. I wonder ifHutoshi 9d is the same player from KGS who plays a great deal of games againskghin 8d. 

Don't worry if you don't see such top players as Dcember(P) 9d or idontca1 9d, it's because they were already seeded for the last round of 32. As I understood correctly, the players who showed best results during a month are qualified for the round of 32. Besides we'll have 13 more players out of qualifying rounds.
