White is Lee Jae-Ung 6p , 우정과♡ in korean and 快沥苞⒔ in chinese, the player with the most rating points among all the tygem 9d. His games always attract many people.

Black is Gu Li, the strongest pro in China. He won the LG Cup last week (Feb 23 to 25) against Lee Sedol, often considered as the top player in the world. He also of course attracts many people.

 

About this epic faceoff :

It feel like Tygem really is the testing field of pro, you can see an interesting variation of the high chinese fuseki. The game is all about fighting : weak groups all over the place, big ko fight, sacrifices, tesujis. Enjoy the show.

I don't know for sure if black is really Gu Li, but to add to the debate: when Gu Li was playing Lee Sedol in the recent LG cup, 4k_grubby signed on once or twice during the match. This doesn't completely remove the chance that he is Gu Li because when he signed on, it seemed as if the game was in a lunch break because there were no more moves being played in the game. But regardless, would Gu Li take the time during his lunch break to get onto Tygem?
