Zchen 7d vs aguilar 6d. These players like the game messy!

Zchen (old time darkmage in kgs) is a strong and risky fighter. He likes to get into semeais and delicate situations a lot.

Aguilar enjoys making weak groups and trying to live inside opponents influence, like sakata eio.

These players made a fantastic match today, creating extreme situations really fast. The game started classical until white invaded the bottom side, which looks like overplay.

The situation nevertheless was not so bad: the group was lost but he could get several forcing moves on the outside : of course, black solidified a lot of territory.

After making an agressive moyo, black invaded and Zchen attacked very effectively , reducing black to 1/2 eye. The fight turned very nasty and aguilar made a very extreme sequence that zchen could not refuse, and the dying gorup lived eating white!!.

After that the game was decided. Still the players continued and aguilar didnt let go:  zchen started a ko to try to get the whole right side, but aguilar played it with magnificent style: while preserving the top side and reducing the right side as kothreats, he made the ko a 2 step for white. After taking one step and black dstryoing one of the remaining territorys of white, zchen resigned.
