zaimu , a new 8d on kgs


There seems to be a new sensation on kgs!

Zaimu, 8d beat Fdp giving 2 handicap 2 out of 3 times, also playing outstanding previous games i believe.
What is your opinion on Zaimu? And if you were there to see the game, did you think it was outstanding as well to see such powerful handicap play? Or do you think the opposite?

Seems hard to judge, since this and the other game were not about W, but self-destruction by B.

Lots of new KGS players have trouble getting used to KGS interface. Me, I played on IGS for 2-3 years when I started. I knew about KGS before, but when I started playing, the color of the board didn't seem as sharp and bright as the one on IGS. This point may seem trivial, but combined with time - IGS uses Canadian, and most KGS players don't use Canadian - this actually affects people such as me quite a lot.

Don't think there's any way he's better than himountain unless he's still getting used to the client or something. Still, he seems very strong. Hopefully a new 9d!
