King of Kings (last 19) : "gjopok" - "Strive(P)"

The King of Kings has stirred enormous interest in the GO world (and specially in Korea and China, as you may assume). I lost a lot of time trying to gather more information from Korean or Chinese newspaper articles.
First of all, it's a scandal in Korea regarding the so called "mass elimination" of their players. We don't know their real names, but they say there were real big stars who were not supposed to leave the competition so quickly.
This is the first time in history (for tournaments of such amplitude and structure) when 14 players from the same country (China) enter the stage of last 16 !
Well, last 19 now, with 2 Korean newcomers and another one to come directly into the quarter-finals. I've heard that this last mysterious player waiting around the corner might be  "boss(P)". That would make sense for me to reveal some secrets from the past, like why "boss(P)" usually gathers more viewers than average. In this case, a good explanation would be that he won the last King of Kings edition in 2010 (probably "idontca1" and "charisma24" were the next).
70% of the results from last 32 round were considered to be absolute shocking.
The general opinion is that "zhoury" and "YHPak" are slightly disadvantaged, as they play under their real names. Despite this, some Korean commentators are still optimistic about Park's chances of winning the title. But first, Park must pass by "whitetee", one of the surprises of the competition. The Chinese player gave an interview (yes, they know his name and we don't) and said how hard he had to work to get up here. For sure, he will not give up without a fight to the every last drop.
There are high hopes in Korea that their last players will change the catastrophic situation up to now. It might be true, as "gjopok" is the second Korean , after "idontca1", qualified for the quarters. He is supposed to be Cho Hunhyun, 9P, the emperor of  Korean baduk. The game against "Strive(P)" is all tactical, so it's very exciting to watch.

                                                 "gjopok" 9D, Korea : 160 - 52 (38179 p)
                                                 16 - 2 last games

                                                 "Strive(P)" 9D, China : 1690 - 960 (38283 p)

June 27 (last games of this round)

          "allKO(P)" (China) - "sxkr" (China)
          "silent(P)" (China) - "Iamcoming" (China)
          "charisma24" (Korea) - "tmch" (China)
          "YHPak" (Korea) - "whitetee" (China)
