Luo Xihe became very famous after winning the Samsung cup-2006.
He crushed Lee Changho, 9-dan in the final match.
I remember that match well. Luo played for territory in all of his games and
Lee Changho, 9-dan was not able to keep his moyos well.
Luo Xihe, 9-dan plays on Tygem as "xixidundun".
I am 100% sure. I got this info from someone, who knows Luo in person.
Also, I checked his Tygem games and I can prove, that xixidundun has exactly
the same style with Luo - very low, territory-oriented Go.
