Advices on improving from PeterPan2, 9-dan

Advices in his KGS profile are so good! I decided to copy them here

Tips on how2 get better:
A. Learn Best Moves: Study Pro-games (SmartGo.com or MasterGo.com: 48,000 Pro-games+Joseki search engine)
B. Study KGS 9d "even" games against [3 to 10 stones] weaker players, where only 1 side makes mistakes
C. All other games [below 8d, unfortunatelly] have SO many mistakes that U will B getting familiar w/ lousy moves, thus getting used 2 & learning them, but remembering them later as if they were good moves :-(
D. Yr level is always = 2 yr "reading ability"; no way around it, sorry. So, get better at reading: Do 5 to 10 GoProblems.com daily. Playing is fun but it will NOT help U get better :-(
E. Join KGS Teaching Ladder, Lessons Room
F. Don't B cheap: Become a KGS+ member & enjoy weekly lectures; but beware, only the text-lectures are GREAT. But since you'll B a paying customer, U could request (to Glue & Jyem) more of the good ones ;-)
G When watching [hopefully only 8 or 9d] games: Try to guess the next move (instead of making irrelevant kibitz ;-) and then try to understand why you missed :-(
H. The Ultimate: Invest in yourself & get professional instruccion (preferible in groups, since privates are more expensive :-(

I think text lectures are more useful because later you can reveiw it yourself while audio lectures are more fun, but you cannot later review them.

I have no idea about the lectures (my kgs+ expired long ago) or his identity, but the advice still boils down to advice I've heard from other strong players:
1) For improvement, go problems > playing games
2) Study with a pro
3) Review pro games
4) Play strong players

i dont udnerstand the "text lectures are better" part either... which makes me assume that peterpan2 could be Alexander Dinerchtein himself :o (because he is one of the only kgs+ teachers who do text lectures (if not THE only)... :)

PeterPan2 is an obvious persona put on by someone strong to stay hidden. It has to be. No way around it, otherwise it won't make sense.

This article is copied from a persons KGS info box which has a limited number of characters.

I don't understand the statement about the text lectures. I find the audio lectures to be easier to follow and learn from than the text ones. What am I missing?
