Cho U, 9p - the strongest Japanese master on Tygem

"Detective" started from 7-dan and reached 9-dan on Tygem by special promotion rule (he won 20 games straight, which means plus 2 grades). His current score is 82 wins -28 losses. Also, he has great score against famous Tygem 9-dans:

I read Korean article about "detective". According to the author, he is former world cup winner (LG, Fujitsu, Samsung, Chunlan or Ing cup) from Japan who became much stronger after getting married. It's a very big hint. I know only one Japanese, who suites these conditions. He is Cho U, 9-dan - currently Japanese #1!
