Korean E-Sports Association accepts Batoo as official game
The Korean E-Sports Association (Chairman: Seo
Jinwoo), or KeSPA, recently approved Batoo as a new certified game after an
evaluation process in the first half of the year. The KeSPA registration
committee, which led the four-week intensive assessment, closely examined the
appropriateness of Batoo as an e-Sport in terms of the aspects of game culture,
operation of championship competition and broadcasting. Finally, the committee
decided to add Batoo onto the list of e-Sports along with baseball game “Magumagu”
(CJ Internet) and RPG game “Avalon Online” (Wemade Entertainment). Source: http://batoo.com/
