Misclick, or a good way to resign?

Strong players do this often. It's easier to say - I lost by misclick,
or I lost by time, because I forgot to put sound on (even legendary tartrare did this once),
It's more painful to resign and agree that your opponent played better than you!

MilanMilan made a misclick and resigned immediately, but he was 8-9 points behind,
even in case of the right defence.
