'chenns' is finally 9-dan again!

It is strange that Nai San Chan ('chenns'), who is one of the strongest amateurs in the World, had such a hard time getting to 9d. It must be because the KGS rating system is making it tougher for everyone to get higher ranks, especially those who play many games (this is an old problem - the players' rank 'freezes').

Recently 'chenns' has been showing great results: he even beat 'MilanMilan' three times in a row!

Here is his latest game. As usual in games with 'twoeye', there was a lot of fighting. (The kibitz was funny so I didn't remove it this time.) In the end sequence, Black was not careful and his stones were captured (it was a big misread, so 'twoeye' resigned). After the game, 'chenns' was (finally!) promoted to 9d.
