KGS archive: What is the real rank of "almost"?


In previous games I published he crushed rapyuta on 4 handicap and beat benshou on 2.
In this game he completely destroyed HYang (Yang Huiren, 1p China/USA) on 3 stones.

I have the feeling that "almost" was fake 5-dan. If he plays seriously,
he can get 7-8d rank on KGS, I think.

almost is giving back the handicap stones to have more fun from game :)

I don't understand this fuseki. Basically if you can use the tengen to your advantage early on in the game, you win. But if your opponent renders it useless, you lose. I'm thinking this could only work on handicapped go, which is why he does it?
