Dragon Tourney 2009

Paul Gautherot (Ryzours), who has been instrumental in organizing of Dragon Tourney since 2006, asks volunteers to help organize him the tournament this year, otherwise he plans to drop the handicap section and set up a tiered tournament: 1 top pool, 2 pools in the second tier, 4 in the third. So the tourney would need only one round. It would begin in February or March, with the 90 days main time no byoyomi time limit and be hosted on sensei's library.
